Zwischen Rehkitzen, Adlern, Wildwasser- und Achterbahn

Am 23. Mai, zur Halbzeit der Pfingstferien, machten sich drei Betreuer und neun Kinder auf den Weg in den Wild- und Freizeitpark Klotten. Dort angekommen wurde erstmal der Wildpark, bewaffnet mir ausreichend Wildfutter, erkundet. Rehkitze, Frischlinge, Hängebauchschweine und einige weitere Tierarten konnten dort beobachtet, gefüttert und teilweise sogar gestreichelt werden. Ebenfalls gab es einige Vogelarten, die nachmittags in einer großen Vogelschau über die Köpfe der Teilnehmer geflogen sind.

Neben den Tieren wurde natürlich auch der Freizeitpark unsicher gemacht. In kleinen Gruppen wurde losgezogen und eine Attraktion nach der anderen ausprobiert. Besonders nass wurde es auf der Wildwasserbahn „Zum Rittersturz“, bei der die Boote von einem 25m hohen Startpunkt in die Tiefe rasen. Aber auch die Pferdereitbahn und die „heiße Fahrt“ wurden mehrfach gefahren.

Am Ende des Tages ging es nach einer kleinen Stärkung wieder zurück nach Wachtberg. Zum Glück hielt das Wetter, sodass nur die Wasserbahn dafür sorgte, dass die Gruppe nass wurde.
