MOVE auf dem Wachtberger Gesundheitsforum

Am 06.10.2018 fand zum ersten Mal das Wachtberger Gesundheitsforum in der Hans-Dietrich-Genscher Schule in Wachtberg- Berkum statt.

Wir von MOVE waren auch vor Ort und haben in der Lehrküche der Schule gemeinsam mit Kindern und Jugendlichen gekocht. In der ersten Runde haben wir Burger und Pommes komplett selber gemacht. Brötchen aus Dinkelmehl wurden gebacken, die Pommes aus Kartoffeln und Süßkartoffeln selber hergestellt und auch die Soßen für den Burger wurden selber gekocht. Fazit: Burger können auch gesund sein und trotzdem schmecken - besser als im Fastfood Restaurant.

In der zweiten Runde wurden dann Apfelpfannekuchen und Apfelmuß selber gemacht. Und auch diese, obwohl die Pfannekuchen aus Dinkelmehl zubereitet wurden, haben geschmeckt.

Fazit des Tages: Gesund kann auch sehr lecker sein - ist allerdings auch mit mehr Arbeit verbunden als einfach ins Fastfood-Restaurant zu fahren.
